founded in 2015, was born from the idea of wanting to develop Concept Stores dedicated to fresh pasta, and export all the excellence of the Made in Italy product par excellence in the world, without altering its quality and in full respect of its traditions.
Our format is based on a strong component of craftsmanship.
We supply over ten different types of pasta, bronze drawn, using five different flours:
Semola, Timilia, Canapa, Farro and Kamut.
Also the production of Salse, Sughi and Pesti is artisanal and always careful in the choice of raw materials deriving from the countries of origin of the same recipes.
Targets.
Our intent is to highlight the manufacturing processes of this simple and extraordinary product, Pasta, to enhance its flavor by combining it with equally genuine ingredients and enhancing their propertiesand benefits.
